His number one philosophy as a salesperson is to connect with his prospective clients on a personal level, determining their needs, and helping them achieve their goals. Silas has been working in sales for over 10 years. His personality wins the day with each phone call. Hailing from Devon in the Southwest of England, Silas’ began a new life in Canada 3 years ago. After meeting Andrew at a previous company, they watched hundreds of salespeople struggle with properly managing “old leads” – a process they perfected together. From there, the two of them decided to start REALQualified to help!

Matt joined the company in late 2020 as a Business Development representative making over 300 phone calls per day, reaching out to prospective clients to introduce them to REALQualified. Within 18 months, Matt had demonstrated precisely the leadership qualities that exemplified the REALQualified leadership team: dedication, heart, and commitment to the growth of the organization. After a personal capital investment, we welcome Matt Rooney to the Ownership Team at REALQualified.
